Step #1

Request an offer! Once we have done our due diligence, we will get back to you ASAP with an offer for your property. This process usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

Step #2

Sign a purchase contract. After we have agreed to a price and terms for the deal we will send over a purchase agreement to be signed and returned. We will have a title company verify clear title once the agreement is signed and returned to us.

Step #3

After clear title is verified, the deal is ready to close! We will have the funds delivered in exchange for a signed and notarized deed to the property.
